Meet Our Founder

Hi! I’m Shyla Weathers, owner and founder of Weathers Pediatric Therapy of Sellersburg, and I am so excited to serve our community!

My why has always been centered on children and families. I believe every child deserves therapy that is compassionate, personalized, and joyful. I firmly believe every family deserves to feel supported, heard, and confident in their care. I created Weathers Pediatric Therapy to be a place where progress is celebrated, therapy feels encouraging, and children are empowered to reach their full potential.

Just as important, I wanted to build a workplace where staff feel valued, respected, and supported. Our therapists and team members pour their hearts into their work, and they deserve an environment that uplifts them, listens to them, and allows them to thrive. When staff feel appreciated, our children and families receive the very best care.
